Kwick-Krop Is the very tastiest to me and usually comes out in quarters quite easily. It is also a quick producer, and not bitter like most black walnuts. I have 2 of them, and they both produced the following year after grafting.

I didn't know there was such a thing as a thin shelled

black walnut. Do you mean they are much easier to
shell than regular black walnut? Do you have a
variety name?
