Title: Re: [NAFEX] Oregon Exotics Personally, I said he was a great PLANTSMAN, but he's a lousy businessman. I stilll don't think he cheats anyone on purpose, he just doesn't keep records worth a damn and his nursery is erratic as heck. I got one lot of citrus from him that was a commercial order and it was all over the map - big ones, little ones, etc. No standardization at all. Nothing was actually bad, but it sure wasn't standardized stock. That's no way to run a business.
The ideal situation would be for someone else to buy and run the nursery and pay him to explore for new material. He'd be dynamite that way.

I forwarded a number of these e-mails to the e-dress that OE gives on its website. I thought that he might make good if he learned of his unfortunate mistake. They bounced back as undeliverable. Mr. Black might be a great guy, but I'm sent him my money, not a birthday card. For those of you who did receive a catalogue, let us know if you get what you ordered. If you order.
