Terence, my winery has several wines that contain no sulfites. This fact is
backed up by tests performed by the BATF forensics lab in Walnut Creek, CA.
The tests are performed using the oxidation/reduction method and show
results in PPB (that's zero parts per Billion).
If one cares to learn about this subject you can google "sulfite free wines"
and find that there are a couple of other wineries in the U.S. doing the
same.
