How to tell names of apples on a Japanese site when your browser just shows a bunch of ????????.
Use the right button on your mouse when it is positioned above a picture. Give the command to Download Image to Disk. The name will appear in our alphabet in the little window. Then you can Cancel (unless you want to save the picture.)
So: on this page

there are two rows of four pictures each. The names of the apples are:
Top Row: Hokuto Kinsei Ourin Mutsu (and it is reddish orange)
Bottom Row: Fuji Sekai-Ichi Senshu Tsugaru
