Unfortunately, packaging is no more informative here. I was able to
find some "Cowboy" brand charcoal, which claims to be 100% pure hardwood
charcoal, but that's advertising hype, not ingredients. (I assume it's
also the ingredients, but the other brands' bags don't say anything.)
It's also more expensive, but we don't use all that much.

You could try writing to the manufacturer.
