Hi,
Something tells me that there is more politics than med fly responsible
for the clementine ban.
Here in our neck of the woods clementines sell more than any other citrus
when in season.
My guess is that the citrus growers in the US either don't like the
competition, or cannot grow enough clementines to compete.
If right, it wouldn't be the first time an industry exerted this type of
pressure on competition. Seen it in wood and potatoes in this year alone.
