My 11 year old son picked quite few Golden Delicious apples that are
immature - so they are still a bit starchy tasting. Is there any storage
condition that will allow more sugar to convert from starch? My inkling is
to put them in a plastic bag to trap ethylene gas. Is this correct? What
temperature would be best, refrigerated, cool, or room temperature?
