Hello MSAR Riders,
Can anyone give me some advice regarding what you'd recommend to put on a horse to make it more visible in the woods during a SAR deployment? I will be attending a MSAR weekend in upper Minnesota in October and would like to have a reflective horse blanket or sheet that I can put on my horse both for visual protection and just as an additional precaution in case he gets loose. I've had to help people look for horses in unfamiliar areas before, and it would have been a lot easier to see them if they had a bright blanket on. This would be to put on him when he is in a temporary pen that I'll set up. I can't seem to find anything in either glow or reflective material on the Internet.
Thanks in advance,
Emily Boote
