That is important information. In Georgia USA, SAR is managed by each
county's emergency management agency, with coordination through Georgia
Emergency Management Agency (GEMA). So one important starting point is
to talk to your county EMA Director. Brunswick is in Glynn County and
according to the GEMA website the EMA Director (acting) is Police Chief

The next step is to get in touch with the other MSAR units in Georgia.
Contacting other MSAR units often is not easy, and some may be defunct
but see some leads on http://www.ibiblio.org/msar/units/#Georgia and
for each unit you can ask the relevant county EMA Director for their
