It is unlikely that a caisson will be in the parade.  More likely the ceremonial unit at Ft. Myers will be conducting funerals if they do that on Inaugural Day.

They have been as high as six a day at the cemetery.  I would expect the DC US Park Police, Metro DC Police, and some surrounding area units will either be in the parade or along the route actually working, as well as thousands of federal agents and National Guard personnel.

 

Assuming the Electoral College meets and elects the new President on schedule around mid-December and the new Congress convenes the first week in January to certify the election the Inauguration is required to be the first business day on or after January 20, with the oath administered at noon.  The oath contained in the Constitution has no mention of a Diety, George Washington added that in his response to being sworn the first time.
