Both actually. Some of my questions were
answered in an earlier post regarding feeding situations. My horse is used
to being tied all night due to working rodeos in the boonies as they say.
Many times there was nowhere other than our trailer or trees to tie to. I
have a small portable pen I take along sometimes for trail rides or camping
trips, or rodeos out of town when I know nothing else is available. I
usually feed in hay bags, but was curious if you happen to get stuck out
accidentally, say weather got really bad really quick, or someone did get hurt
or your horse got hurt, and you had to wait till morning to return, how do
you prepare for such. I know this may be an unlikely scenario, however, I
do like to be prepared for as many situations as possible. I don't like to
take unnecessary chances with either my life or my horses.
