load. If you have any training information available that you can share I
would be greatly in your dept. I think, as I review any data that I can,
that the basic training is just that. I need to borrow from others, so
not to re-invent the wheel and then apply specific topic to our area. The
hardest lesson I have to deal with currently is how to take some cowboys, to
slow down and listen to their horse, and apply SAR techniques while on horse
back. Hope we can share and improve anything that is out there to better
