This post was Liz's first, before she subscribed. Because she was not yet a
subscriber, it got held by the listadmin software.
I wanted to comment that I think people who come to MSAR-Riders looking for a
unit to join make *exceptionally good* SAR volunteers. By finding us here,
they demonstrate both initiative and the mindset to search...on the Internet.
:-)
Is there any wonder that so many of us are or soon become MSAR team leaders
and unit officers, and SAR mission managers?
