Yes it appears that she has since I checked the site and found Scout listed as stolen. I pray that she has some leads soon. The first 48 hours are critical.

I also took the time to check over the site. They have an online survey which of course is not scientific. What appalled me was that of the horses stolen, only 50% are recovered. This is very depression statement to me.
