Hm? NASAR has its novice SARTECH course online. Just so you know,
passing the exam online does not get you NASAR certification. For
that, you must take the exam at a conventional exam sitting, ie in
person.
FEMA also has a bunch of courses relevant to SAR, mostly self-study.
They are high quality and free.
