Jorene
I think it is great what you are doing! Yes the mounted end is very under utilized. I will try to give it some thought. But once in a while my mind needs a kick start. Are there any certain areas you are having trouble with?

I'm just completing a presentation to give a class on Effective Use of Mounted in SAR and Disasters. My target audience is SAR Management and MSAR Commanders / Team Leader types. I'll be using the presentation to educate and expand some horizons. While I already have a lot of ideas of my own <g> I thought I'd tap this group for additional input. I'm looking for some options that aren't likely to be considered traditional response or assignments for MSAR. I'd like to rattle some cages with this class, so feel free to get creative. ;)

Thanks!
