Champ is copper hydroxide I think, and is OMRI approved.  Don’t know its label for fruit, but broad label for veggies.

Subject: [Market-farming] replacement for copper in orchards

I am starting to manage a very small mixed fruit orchard.  I am looking for suggests of OMRI-listed products for dormant spray (prevent peach leaf curl) to replace synthetic copper.  I would like to get the orchard certified organic and this is one input that I'm having a hard time finding an approved product for.

Thanks so much for all your help,
