Unfortunately, you have to mail order them; several places carry them but I think they may all come from a lab in New Jersey.

For small scale use, the shipping may be as expensive as the wasps. They do work, though. Not immediately; but they work. I really wish they overwintered here.

Here's a couple of sources:

Hey, Richard -

This is exciting!

For some reason I've never heard of this wasp.

Where do you pick them up from? I haven't put the JUMBO seeds in yet
(but I mowed the old beans down and tilled in the debris earlier
today) I will be doing that an acre or so away from the 'infestation.'

I'd like to try the Pediobius, fer sure!

Thanks -Allan

Allan,
We get acceptable Mexican bean beetle control with the purchased parasite
Pediobius.  This would be too late for the heavily infested beans you have
out (takes time to build their number), but may be worth a try for new
plantings of beans.

We like the idea of a tiny wasp that searches and destroys most bean beetle
larva, and the idea that each larva thus found produces many more wasps.

This is the only bean beetle control we've used for multiple years, on
several hundred row feet of pole beans per year.

For effective use of the Pediobius wasp, this appears to be one area of life
where it's worth reading and following the instructions.
