We have a bounty of these (relatively speaking since its still very much a specialty crop). They are extremely flavorful with a bit of heat with characteristics of the flower and leaf. We were thinking to pickle them in small quantities. Has anyone else done this? Sold them? We have a couple chefs interested in a trial run to see how everything shakes out and plan for next year. Anyone have a price? We were thinking about 32.00 a pound which is similar to our spice bush prices and the amount of labor seems to be about the same.
