Note additional, ongoing study on the economics of the above.
I think someone in this discussion already mentioned these links. The
paper (first reference) is lengthy, with much data in charts and
graphs.
Note that research is ongoing on economics of the above.
Out to plant cover crops and late mustard. Conventional or organic,
it doesn't profit if I don't plant!
