Cut a piece of the end about 2" long. Fold the end of the tape over twice,
about 1.5" each time. Then fold it in half the other way, lengthwise. Then
slip the cut-off piece of the tubing over the folded tape. It'll hold. Often
it won't leak at all.

I think I remember someone on this list describing a simple way to seal off
the open end
of a length of drip tape. I tried today to do so by folding the tape over
itself a couple
times, and holding it tight with electrical tape, but no luck. Any better
ideas?

thanks, Richard
