Good article. Dr. Gene Giacomelli at Arizona State U is doing the same work.
I heard him give a talk about it a couple of years ago. He expressed
amazement at how stable the system is. He said you need few adjustments,
other than adding water, once you have it set and running. He focused on
tilapia and romaine lettuce.
