- Subject: [Market-farming] Cabbage in High Tunnels
- Date: Fri, 28 Jan 2011 13:29:23 -0800 (PST)
While I know it wouldn't be the most profitable crop, does anyone grow red or savoy cabbages in their tunnels? If so, any good varieties? I have had several customers asking about them. I thought they might fit in as an early crop this spring. I have grown Napa Cabbage, over wintered, they were great. Just never round cabbages. Thanks, Jay 56 degrees out and I am stuck at school Jay's Jellies, Produce and More Clay Center, Kansas www.jaysjellies.com http://highfarming.blogspot.com/ |
