Allan from WV where we are still along way from putting sweet potato
plants in the ground (!)

Mapple Farms in Canada is expensive, but has organic plants and good quality. They do ship to the USA. Supplies may be limited. -- as you're in WV you probably don't need their varieties bred for short seasons, but I do, and some others on this list might also, so I'll post this.
