Someone was asking
for advice for thermometers. We have an two-lead thermometer that records the
min and max temp for 6 days, as well as current temps. In C or F. It was
given to us as part of a research project, and I assumed it was more expensive
than I just found it is -$30. It has been running on its original
batteries for two years now (through two winters). The lead cords are
probably 10 feet long. Love it.
Note though that
their instructions say that to change from C to F you open the battery
compartment on the back, NO, the battery compartment is on the front, and the
button is nice and obvious when the battery cover comes off. I needed to
change this, which is why I found the price and web
source.
