You might want to look at rotary hoe's they do a good job of cultivating over beds when you remove individual wheels. BTW spring tine or spike tooth harrows though not  row crop cultivators are a must have item. When I plant sweetcorn and get a heavy rain before emergence the soil crusts and seeds don't break through. A quick pass with a harrow brakes crust and seeds pop up. Crusting is worse with small seed crops on beds... Bob
