Peppers are some of the slowest germinating seeds. Habaneros and other
C.chinense varieties are even worse. I plan on 2 weeks till emergence with
bells, jalapenos, etc, 3 weeks for habaneros. If you use heating mats you can
shave off a few days but its still slow.
