Hello to the list! A lettuce question: Last year I had a section for buttercrunch lettuce, which was wonderfully tasty - and left some to go to seed in that section - which had carrots in it in the fall. Anyway, I was outside yesterday and noticed several volunteer plants...does anyone have experience with the quality and taste of these? Since they are so small I was hesitant to pinch off some - but wondered if I could expect the same taste? Thanks!
