Folks,
I got a response from Eaton Bros. on the burlap. Looks like they do sell it and they say it is not treated.
Hi
The price on a roll of 40" x 125 yd of 7 oz burlap is $74.40. The 10 oz
price is $96.56. Plus shipping.
We don't have a dealer in your area (that I know of).
The burlap is natural and not treated for rotting, but it is not a food
grade burlap, not sure what you are using it for.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Also try landscaping supply businesses in your area. They should have untreated bulk quantities meant for ball & burlap tree root balls.
