What's the best (cheapest, most sustainable, etc.) material to use for tomato stakes? Do wooden stakes harbor disease year after year? Do you have to sterilize them, and could I do that with just UV in the greenhouse or something, or would I have to use chlorine? Would electrical conduit or T-posts harbor disease less and not require sterilizing?
Thanks!
Erin
