Whatever it is, my tomatoes (in north-central Pennsylvania) have something
that looks EXACTLY the same. They had it this year before even being
transplanted out. They got it while growing in four inch pots on our deck.
We are spraying weekly, alternating Serenade (OMRI-listed) and a copper-
based fungicide.
We had the same thing last year, and followed this program, and although
the plants looked awful by the end of the season, they did produce a lot of
fruit for us before finally succumbing to Whatever-it-is.
So many of the different tomato diseases all look pretty much the
same....My guess is early blight. It's only a guess.
