Most land-grant universities and many independent labs are set-up to diagnose plant samples for disease. AS a former Country Agr Agent in Vermont, I know some of the trials of losing county extension services, but Kansas State U. Cooperative Extension or the Plant & Soil Science Department should have some services left for you?
