I would but
make sure you use a bleach/water solution to soak them in to clean them thoroughly.
I reuse things every year and don’t have any problems. Just make sure

reuse the tomato twine and clips next year where blight is not a
problem? I did cut down a couple of strands of twine because of some sort
of insect eggs. Thank you!
