I would but make sure you use a bleach/water solution to soak them in to clean them thoroughly.  I reuse things every year and don’t have any problems.  Just make sure you let things soak and then scrub to be sure!

I'm cleaning out the last tomatoes from the high tunnels.  Can I reuse the tomato twine and clips next year where blight is not a problem?  I did cut down a couple of strands of twine because of some sort of insect eggs.
