Be careful about the amount of heat you generate in your system. Back in the
early 70's I used a design published in Organic Gardening for device to make
home-made fruit leather that was similar. I found a box about 10" deep with
an opening in the top the same size as a cookie sheet. I lined it with
aluminum foil, set a trouble light in the center, ran the cord out the sideÂ
and plugged it in. I set the cookie sheet in the top, filled it to 1/2" deep
with a peach slurry. In about 48 hours I had a beautiful peach leather. The
point is that incandescent bulbs can generate a lot of heat so make sure it's
