You have to sign them all? Good grief. New York State gives you a stamp with a seal and a different number for each farm (different number each year, too). You just stamp them. No signature needed.
People in big city markets, I gather, get hundreds of these things. I think the most I ever got at one market was about 40; usually less; but still a lot easier to stamp than to sign.
