Market Farm Forms is a spreadsheet package with a
variety of record-keeping tools and templates
created by grower/consultant Marcie Rosenzweig. For
information about the product see:

http://www.nwpub.net/marcie.html

I believe the contact/ordering information on this
page is old. A check at Amazon.com indicates it is
out of print with limited availability. Too bad, it
is a good resource. Perhaps if enough people are
interested Marcie will revise and re-publish it.
