Marcy,
I have a 35X96 with double poly and a relatively small blower
motor. It took about three or four days for it to inflate last time I
put plastic up. Since it takes so long I leave the fan on all the time.
I do have trouble occasionally with bugs and debris clogging the fan
intake, you just have to get in there and clean it out.
Something related and interesting that I came across on the internet,
There is some work being done with soap bubbles being blown between the
two layers of poly to get better insulation. See this link:

Well, after a couple days we'd planned to install the poly covering and
it being too windy, a friend (former parachute guy) suggested we get
everyone here at 5:30a.m. to put the poly on and it worked, so we got
the greenhouse covered Weds!

I'm using a double layer and inflating it. My question is, how long does
it take for the blower to get the entire structure inflated? It doesn't
have the poofy look I'm expecting and I'm afraid it might be losing air
someplace. I was told that one blower would be sufficient for the whole
thing. It's 30x96 and I've got four straps over the top layer.

I'm SO excited to have it finished and covered!! Planted tomatoes
today. It was very cloudy and 38 degrees about 11 this morning and it
was 68 inside. Felt wonderful inside for working. The boys are painting
the wood on the ends and we'll be planting more tomorrow. I couldn't
have done it without my neighbors and friends' help and without all the
great suggestions from the list. Thanks!! Marcy
