Pronto Baby Beets

I can never get them to germinate, I gave up on them.
That's a shame too, they're so nice. Maybe I'll try again
this year. The only golden beet variety I have ever seen
(AFAIK) is Burpee's Golden Beet (Burpee's referring to the
name of the variety in this case, and not to the name of the
seed company).

Any summer squash or zucchini - just pick 'em while 'baby'
size.

Bambino Hybrid Baby Eggplant.

Tom Thumb Lettuce. Little Gem Romaine. But really: any
mesclun is 'baby salad'. So, for restaurant use, I'd just
use a mesclun mix.
