Maggie,
You are fortunate to have an excellent agricultural Resesearch Center in the
area. The North Florida Research and Education Center in Like Oak, FL does
regular variety trials and demonstrations. For information go to
http://nfrec-sv.ifas.ufl.edu/ On June 4th they are having their Vegetable
Field Days http://nfrec.ifas.ufl.edu/Calendar/2004VegFieldDay.pdf
> I am relocating to Fla. around the Lakeland area and am completely
unfamiliar with the flora and vegetable plants down there. What is the
difference and what varieties dont grow well. Any info would help. I
currently have a berry farm and a perennial farm.
