I grow Carmen from Stokes in two waves. I follow the pruning and trellising instructions exactly and use more compost than any other crop. This is my most demanding and productive crop.

HI,

I am wondering what varieties of parthenocarpic or Beit Alpha type cucumbers are being grown in your greenhouses.  Also, those of you who grow in high tunnels in the summer, what varieties have you had good results with.  I am finding a lower bee population in my high tunnels, and am limited to varieties of cucumber seeds.  Thanks to anyone who can help. (I grow cucumbers in heated greehouses in early spring and also in a high tunnel.)
