Isn't it ironic that grocery stores are capitalizing on the demand for
whole-grain bread (even though most of the "wheat" and "multi-grain" breads
are far from whole), yet most consumers still think regular pasta, made from
refined flour, is a really healthy food?
Does anybody here make and sell whole-grain pasta? If so, what kind of
reception are you getting?
