(I didn't get or cannot find the post above, so I cannot
reply directly to it, sorry).
This is contrary to the advice given by the National Center
for Home Food Preservation: garlic in *oil* is not safe,
not even water-bathed.
It *cannot* be prepared safely in a home environment (again,
according to the National Center for Home Food
Preservation), and various other universities.
