Yes, we make tofu at Twin Oaks. Our
main business is making hammocks. And
the sawdust from making the stretcher bars
from the hammocks, and the okara from
making tofu, along with our kitchen scraps,
make a wonderful compost! We're an
intentional community of a hundred people.
My main job is as manager of the vegetable
gardens and orchard.

I love tofu. The stuff is great. What is an intentional community? I do not
understand what that means. Curios but not wanting to pry.
