I doubt it will grow back when it is that mature. In my experience
when arugula gets mature it is too hot for most people's taste... I
find that you can usually get 2-3 cuttings out of it before the yield
or quality drop. If you don't have it under shade cloth I suggest
that you put some up, it will be much happier in your climate this
time of the year if you can drop the temperature.
