Here in southern Missouri (zone 6b, 1st fall frost = Oct 15th):
next 2 weeks: last plantings of cucumbers, zucchini, and bush beans; succession plantings of dill, cilantro, mustards, scallions
early August: carrots, rutabagas, kale; daikons (if you want huge ones); lettuce (in shade); beets (but often have problems with the young seedlings disappearing in the heat -- anyone have any solutions for this?)
Sept: lettuce, spinach, cilantro, kale, arugula, mustards, daikons, radishes, turnips
early Oct: radishes, arugula, mustards
mid-Oct-early Nov: garlic
I'm probably forgetting a few crops, but that should be most of them!
