We use Spring Treat for the earliest crop, then 5 succession
plantings of 3 varieties each time: Kandy Plus, Kandy Korn and
Silver Queen, (every two weeks), and a late planting of Kandy Plus
or Kandy Korn at the beginning of July. We're zone 6b (or is 6a?
whichever is nearest 7), central Virginia. We get good corn, but
some ear-worms. As we're not selling it but supplying our 100-
person household, we just snap the ends off the attacked ears.
