From what I have learned by monitoring this list, here are a few things:
Find a market with a good location and high traffic
(it will probably cost you more, but success breeds success)
Find a market that advertises and promotes itself before, during
and after the selling season (advertising and promotion drive
new business and bring more business from regular customers)
Find a market that only allows vendors to sell what they grow
Find a market with a wide variety of products and make sure
you have at least on product every market that contributes
to that variety
I'm sure some of the more knowledgeable list participants who
actually farm and sell have other suggestions as well.
Happy New Year to you all !
