Why bother with claims? Most folks believe what they *want* to believe. I
was at the
Green Dragon in Lancaster PA a few years ago and watched an "Amishman"
selling heads of
cauliflower from a table. He was taking them from sealed cases of clearly
marked
California produce and handing them to people. I heard one couple excitedly
say as they
were walking away, "At last, some decent Amish-grown vegetables."
