I have not had the opportunity to see the changes they've made in the
standards since the problems of `98 and I suspect few have. I think they'll
keep them "close to the vest" until they are sure they are ready for the
public to see them. It doesn't matter what they release, it will be
controversial. But they should be released within a few weeks, prior to the
change of administrations.
