Thanks very much for your fencepost durability info. I'm planning a high
density trellised planting of apples, and considering all types of
(untreated) posts. I've had some luck with steel T-posts using diagonal
bracing made of T-Post material fastened to vertical posts with special
connectors. Also I'm considering making my own steel-reinforced cast
concrete end posts with embedded eye-bolts for wire attachment.- Peter
